Since 1991, the two-day debating forum has brought together the most important decision-makers from the food industry every year to shape the future together. The unique event concept – a triad of marketplace, symposium and gala evening – was developed by Söllner Communications together with the association Symposium on Fine Food + Drink.
The marketplace with its almost 150 exhibitors is regarded as an influential communication platform. The focus here is on the goods in all their quality and emotionality. At the high-calibre symposium, renowned speakers will address topics that are currently of interest to the food industry, while the gala evening will be the culinary highlight of the two-day event.

Söllner Communications spends over a year planning every Symposium on Fine Food + Drink. We create schedules, send invitations to the event, take care of budget planning, book hotels and subsequently produce detailed event documentation. Our agency also orchestrates the symposium, coordinates the speakers and makes on-site arrangements. Our event experts also oversee the set-up and dismantling as well as the use of media during the live event.

The gala evening is the festive conclusion of the symposium. Naturally we come up with creative ideas and an event concept for this. This is the task of our event professionals, who have around 30 years’ symposium experience! Our event team also coordinates the programme and implementation: We book the artists and decorate, create the table plans and menu cards, take care of the technology and clarify sponsoring goods for the gala menu – entirely by ourselves.
