Musicals are something for the big stage ...
... And a wide audience. So, Stage Entertainment started looking for an event agency for the opening of its new musical theatre and to present its musical “Fack Ju Göhte” in Munich. The goal was a higher degree of awareness and a broad public impact.
PR events in the focus instead of on the side
This was the premise on which we set with our promotion campaigns for Stage Entertainment. Various press events seeking to offer a special experience were organised for the musical producers. The tasks ranged from the kick-off concept of the new musical to targeted press interviews and organising press trips.
PR EVENTS TRANSFORMED FROM INSIDER
TIP TO A FIRM INSTITUTION.
WERK7 has opened Stage Entertainment’s first stage in Munich, right in the heart of Munich’s factory district. This news had to be communicated to the public. Söllner Communications organised several press events, created invitations lists and press mailouts, sent out invitations and made follow-up calls.
FROM PRESS DOCUMENTS
TO EVENT LOGISTICS.
An invitation is always just the beginning of live communication. The entire event logistics was also managed by our full-service agency. Equipment, hospitality management and on-site support was the responsibility of Söllner Communications. Our Munich event agency’s team also supervised the preparation and dispatch of press documents as well as the coordination of all press enquiries.
RELIABLE PRESS RELATIONS
FOR HIGH MEDIA COVERAGE.
Keeping contact with the press in after press events is essential, as is continuous press management and media work. Through regular campaigns, Söllner Communications was able to sustainably strengthen press and blogger relations. Regular feedback from press representatives and editorial offices ensures that the press management stays in top form.
This is how it’s meant to be: Plenty of press comes by.
The musical “Fack Ju Göhte” achieved a continuous press presence which ensured that the new Stage Entertainment musical theatre remained firmly embedded in the minds of its target groups.
